At Joy, we operate as reservation only. This means we require adequate notice for any cancellations or changes to your reservation with us.
We kindly ask that you provide 48 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your reservation numbers. We require this notice in writing via email.
This time frame allows us to fill the seats you are making available, helping us avoid charging a cancellation fee.
In the circumstance of a no-show or last minute cancellation, there will be a fee or $150 per person charged to the credit card attached to the reservation.
Please keep in mind, it is always our priority to fill the seats that have become available and never a priority to charge a cancellation fee.
The fee of $150 covers the food that has been ordered/prepared in anticipation of your arrival.
If the seats get filled, no charge will be made.
