At Joy. we offer 6pm and 8:30pm reservations. During your 2 hour reservation you will enjoy the menu we have on offer that evening. These menus are seasonal and may change at any time without notice. We are happy to discuss dietary requirements, but need you to understand that there are some we are unable to cater for.
Please be aware that we seat all guests at the same time and that for everyone to enjoy their experience at Joy, we ask that you arrive with time to spare for your reservation. Failing to do so may result in missed courses.

We accept bookings online only. We are unable to take any reservations via phone, sms, or email. The largest group we accept is strictly 6 people and we do police this very carefully.
To avoid a cancellation fee of $60 per person, cancellations must be made by midday the day before your reservation. This is to be done via the reservation email provided. If you wish to make any changes to your reservation, please be aware that these are not confirmed until you have received written confirmation via email from us. We have the right to remove any reservations if we feel they have breached our terms and conditions.

Please be aware that there may be a period of up to 6+ weeks that is currently booked-out and we release booking 90 days in advcance. If the time and date you are after is not available through our online reservation portal it has simply been booked by other people and is not available. For any last minute bookings we recommend keeping an eye on our social media pages.
